A machine shop built for schedules
GazBming was founded by manufacturing engineers who kept hearing the same sentence from hardware teams: "The design is done. The machine shop is the reason we're late." Traditional shops quoted in weeks, treated DFM feedback as an afterthought, and shipped when they shipped. The founders built the opposite: a precision CNC shop where the quote takes hours, the feedback comes before the material is ordered, and the ship date is a promise with a number attached.
What we machine
The shop runs multi-axis CNC machining for prototypes through production, holding tight tolerances measured in fractions of a thousandth of an inch. Parts ship in as little as three business days, and every RFQ receives live DFM feedback on the things engineers actually care about — wall stock, tolerances that fight each other, tool access, and feature callouts that will double the price. Aerospace and defense customers work within a certified quality system registered to the relevant aerospace and ISO standards, with the controlled-materials handling defense work requires. First-article acceptance rates and on-time shipment figures are tracked publicly because a shop that quotes 99% and delivers 90% is a schedule risk wearing a nice website.
How quoting works
Upload a model, get a price in hours with manufacturability notes attached, and adjust the design with the feedback in hand before committing. Engineers talk to engineers — no sales layer translating your tolerance callouts into guesses.
- 5-axis parts with tight tolerances in as little as 3 days
- Live DFM feedback on wall stock, tolerances, and tool access
- Registered aerospace quality system with controlled-materials handling
GazBming serves mechanical, aerospace, and product engineering teams who need precision CNC machining that respects the calendar. Send your first RFQ and see what a shop built for deadlines feels like.
